Users’ Manual (D5.5)

This deliverable provides a guide explaining to the users how to utilise the PHAROS system by describing the various features of the system, where to find them and how to use them. It describes the multiple applications of the system: the web portal for disaster and risk management to be used by primary users (authorities), the web site for secondary users to access the available products of the system and the mobile application intended to be used, on one hand by first responders on the field and, on the other hand, by alerts’ recipients (citizens).
