D2.3 Global resource allocation models for life and good protection in case of escaping fire

This deliverable surveys on various models developed by the consortium related to T2.3 of Work Package 2 – – ‘Innovative Models’ by working group WG2. This task T2.3 corresponds to the objective O2.1 – New global alternative models in firefighting, and it is specifically devoted to ‘New resource allocation models for life and good protection in case of escaping fire”. These models will be used mainly in the response phase. Also, although models of T2.2 related to ‘Global resource allocation models for prevention and initial attack’ were already included in deliverable 2.2, new results have been obtained, therefore, they are also included in this deliverable
