D2.2 Global resource allocation model for prevention and initial attack

This deliverable surveys on various models developed by the consortium related to T2.2 of Work Package 2 – ‘Innovative Models’ by working group WG2. This task T2.2 corresponds to the objective O2.1 – New global alternative models in firefighting, and it is specifically devoted to ‘Global resource allocation models for prevention and initial attack’. These models will be used mainly in the prevention/preparedness phase and first moments of the emergency or response phase. In this deliverable, developed models and methods are reported, based on different methodologies as mathematical programming, Bayesian networks, simulation, and game theory.
